Forgot Account Center password

Can’t remember your password? No worries. Just follow these simple steps and we’ll help you reset your password for Account Center or the Vivint Solar App for Apple or Android.

1. Click “Forgot Password” link.
  1. Enter your email address and click "Send."
  1. Check the confirmation message.

If you see a confirmation message it means that we sent you a password reset email.

  1. Go to your personal inbox and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Can’t find the email in your inbox? Try this...

1. Check your folders. To some carriers, our confirmation email can look like junk or spam (it isn’t—we promise).

If—after a few minutes—you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, check your folders, including “Spam,” “Junk,” “Trash,” “Trash Can,” or “Deleted.” Still don’t see it?

  1. Try searching your inbox history.

It’s possible that you may have registered for Account Center already. If that’s the case, your previous confirmation email may still be in your inbox somewhere. Most email inboxes these days have some type of search feature. In your email inbox, go to the search bar and enter “Vivint Solar Confirm Account.” If you see the email, click on it and follow the instructions to activate your account.
