LEHI, Utah – May 1, 2018 – Vivint Solar, Inc. (NYSE: VSLR), a leading full-service residential solar provider, today announced Dan Black, chief legal officer, executive vice president and secretary at Vivint Solar, received the Corporate Counsel Award from Utah Business. Since joining Vivint Solar in September 2012, Black has played an instrumental role in enabling the company to become one of the largest residential solar providers in the country.
The Corporate Counsel Awards recognize exceptional in-house attorneys who serve within businesses, nonprofit organizations and other private-sector organizations. Black has been recognized as one of the attorneys who exhibits excellence within their roles, models high ethical standards and has a track record of successful outcomes for their organizations.
