1ASSUMPTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
These estimates are based on the following assumptions:
• Your current assumed utility rate, which is based on current averages of your utility.
• Your utility rate will increase each year by 2.5%.
• At any given time, under your utility’s net metering program or other similar program, you will receive compensation or credit from your utility at the same rate your utility charges for energy delivered to you.
• The current monthly utility costs you inputted are a reasonable estimation of your energy costs over an annual period.
• In the first year, the system will produce a certain amount of energy – please contact us for more information.
• The system will be designed to offset 100% of your energy needs.
• The system’s performance will degrade by one-half percent (0.5%) per year.
• You will own and use the system for at least 30 years.
• You will take advantage of and use certain tax credits and rebates. Please consult your tax advisor about your eligibility for such credits and rebates.
• You will incur costs to replace the inverter or inverters associated with the system.
